Practice Direction HC97 transforms and streamlines the making of certain civil applications. The eBook removes the requirement on practitioners to file key authorities which will be retained by the Court
The callover of the list for the upcoming sessions from 5th October – 16th October will take place REMOTELY before Mr. Justice Meenan on Friday 25th September 2020 at 11.00am. Only the first 250 cases on the list will be called over. Four liability cases and two assessments will be listed each day.

Practitioners are asked to note that there will be a positive callover on Thursday 17th September at 10.00 am of Non Jury matters listed for hearing during the week commencing Monday 21st September. There will also be a positive callover on Thursday 24th September of Non Jury matters listed for hearing during the week commencing Monday 28th September.
