Courts Service extend Covid-19 Level 5 Protocols Announced at Start of Legal Term for the Month of February 2021

Following the Government statement that Level 5 restrictions will remain in place until the 5th March 2021, matters listed before the Master will now be automatically re scheduled on a four weekly cycle as outlined here on the Courts Service website.
No action is required to be taken by practitioners or parties except to regularly access the Legal Diary and the Courts Service website for updates.

The Dublin Circuit Family Law Courts will shortly begin the scheduling of remote Divorce and Judicial Separation consent rulings where parties are legally represented and which have already received a Court date. Read more on the Courts Service Website here.

The callover for the Waterford Personal Injuries list for the sessions commencing on the 22nd February to the 5th March 2021 will take place remotely on Thursday 4th February 2021, before Mr. Justice Quinn.
