Re: High Court – Wardship List – All hearings to be conducted remotely from Tuesday 27th October 2020

All hearings and motions in the Wardship list will be conducted remotely from Tuesday 27th October 2020.

All booklets of pleadings must be lodged two clear days prior to the hearing.

Practice Direction HC97 transforms and streamlines the making of certain civil applications. The eBook removes the requirement on practitioners to file key authorities which will be retained by the Court

Re: Dublin Personal Injuries List

Consent applications for hearing dates in respect of the Dublin Personal Injury List will be taken by the Registrar each Friday commencing on the 17th July 2020. Where agreement is not possible applications on notice may be made by email and a date and time for a hearing (if deemed necessary by the Presiding Judge) will be notified.
