Please be advised that all cases that were listed for hearing for Hilary term (weeks commencing Tuesday the 12th of January 2021 up to Friday the 26h of March 2021) together with new cases awaiting a hearing date all now stand adjourned to a list to fix dates to be held on Monday the 15th of March 2021 – with a view to assigning hearing dates.
Matters that were listed for Monday the 25th of January 2021, the 1st , 8th , 15th , 22nd of February 2021 and 1st of March 2021 will now be called over remotely on Tuesday 2nd March 2021 and Wednesday 3rd March 2021 – with a view to dealing with consent adjournments and consent orders and directing remote hearings where appropriate on a date to be fixed in Hilary or Easter Term. The named lists for the callovers will be published in the Legal Diary.
