The following two draft lists comprise Motions etc. which had been adjourned generally in the Chancery 2 List in March, April, May and June 2020 and which have not already been re-instated for a Monday in July. The draft lists below will be finalised on Thursday 3rd September. Practitioners are requested to notify the Registrar by email (JohnMeehan@Courts.ie), no later than 2nd September, of any adjournments by consent, etc., in accordance with the previous Notice published on 1st July 2020. It should be noted that the Chancery 2 Lists on 7th and 8th September are solely for the purpose of re-instating matters which had previously been adjourned generally and are not available as return dates for new Motions etc.
