The callover of the list for the upcoming sessions from Monday 30th November to Thursday 10th December 2020 will take place remotely on Thursday 12th November at 10.30am.
Normal callover rules apply whereby cases are assumed to be going on unless there is an application made to have the case adjourned or taken out of the list. Assessments will take their place on the list according to their list number. Consent applications in the list can be made remotely before the Registrar at 10.00 o’clock. Please see list here.
If you require us to attend and make an application on your behalf you should forward your instructions to our Roisin Bradley at rbradley@pearts.ie to reach us no later than 3pm on Tuesday 10th November, this is to ensure that all applications are properly prepared and recorded by us in advance of the callover.
