A Callover of the Galway High Court Personal and Fatal Injuries list for the Michaelmas Term will take place on Wednesday the 3rd October 2018 at 9.45am. Cases are assumed to be going on unless there is an application made to have the case adjourned or taken out of the list.
The list will be published on the Courts website on Monday 24th September 2018 and will include all cases set down for trial up to and including Friday 21st September 2018.
If you require us to attend or make an application on your behalf, you should forward your instructions to AnnMarie Lynch at alynch@pearts.ie to reach us NO LATER than 3pm on Monday the 1st October 2018. This is to ensure that all applications are properly prepared and recorded by us in advance of the Callover.
Late instructions received after this time must be followed up with a phone call to AnnMarie Lynch, to ensure that he is in a position to deal with same. No instructions can be taken on the morning of the Callover.
