The Dublin Personal Injuries List for the period 22nd October 2020 to 27th November 2020 inclusive has been suspended save for actions that are deemed urgent. During that time there will be a remote sitting of the Personal Injuries List each Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am for any urgent applications.
A remote callover of the cases listed during that period will take place on Friday 23rd October 2020 with a view to re listing the cases for hearing next year or fixing urgent actions for hearing this term. Please see list here.
